Introducing Stitch & Rivet
Our History
A family run business with an interest in Land Rovers spanning generations, Stitch & Rivet grew out of a Military Upholstery Shop. A division of BI Engineering – a leading parts supplier to the MOD – the transition from restoring old Defenders as a hobby to growing a business in the industry was only natural.
Originally launched under the name LI Upholstery in 2013, we grew a loyal following of customers who loved our premium seat covers. We were first to use Military Grade materials, and our quilted designs still remain popular to this day.
Fast Forward to Today
In 2022, the business became Stitch & Rivet following a re-brand with a new team. Our Defender styles have undergone a complete overhaul, upgrading fabrics and trims, alongside developing items for new Land Rover models.
Nearly 10 years since the original launch, we are committed to the same values: everything is handmade in our British Upholstery Shop, from high-performance materials, developed for durability and longevity.
